Pet Policy

Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Maximum adult weight is under 40 pounds Pet deposit is $200 per pet. Pets must have current vaccinations, be neutered/spayed, be at least one year old, have written verification from the veterinarian, and be housebroken. A leash is required outside of the apartment.
